Biography of the Mayor Prof. Dr. Sad Bexheti
The extensive repertoire of scientific commitments enshrined within his long standing work and tireless work to create new values, which in the biography of Prof. Dr. Sadi Bexheti are established as system of values in the huge world of science.
His educational and scientific profile is built slowly and with full professional dedication, in the vigilance of the time in educational and scientific world, by providing continuous stimulus to genuine interest and study, that in the horizon of the new scientific achievements is marking the time pulse, the challenges and affirmation of the scientific and professional standards.
Even the educational work of Prof. Dr. Sadi Bexheti, has exactly these sublime performances.
Modern teaching methodologies are another dimension to his profile as a professor. All these values he has incorporated into his educational and scientific biography, thus creating a rich experience in his professional career.
Prof. Dr. Sad Bexheti was born on 01-11-1957 in Lisec, Tetovo. He finished his elementary school in Reçica in Tetovo during the period 1964-1972. High school has finished in Tetovo during the period 1972-1976, while during the period 1976-1981 has graduated at the Medical Faculty in Prishtina.
Other stages of professional evolution are as following:
1978 - 1981 Demonstrator, Institute of Anatomy, Medical Faculty, Prishtina.
1981 - 1982 Practitioner, Clinical Hospital Center of the Medical Faculty in Prishtina.
1983 - 1986 Assistant-practitioner, Medical Faculty in Pristina.
1982 - 1984 Postgraduate scientific study in the field of Biology (Biomedicine), Faculty of Math-Natural Sciences in Zagreb.
1985 Master of science in the field of Biology (Biomedicina), Faculty of Math-Natural Sciences in Zagreb.
1985 - 1987 Tenure for doctoral studies, Institution of anatomy "Drago Perovic", Medical Faculty, University of Zagreb.
1987 Doctor of Science. Promoted to Doctor of medical science in the field of medicine, University of Zagreb.
1986 - 1988 Assistant professor of Anatomy, Medical Faculty in Pristina.
1988 - 1994 Docent of the Anatomy, Medical Faculty in Pristina.
1994 - 2000 Part-time Professor of Anatomy, Medical Faculty in Pristina.
2000 Full-time Professor of Anatomy, Medical Faculty in Pristina.

Prof. Dr. Sad Bexheti, during his work in the Department of Anatomy of Medical Faculty at the University of Prishtina, has been one of distinguished professors and scientists. Most of the work and its scientific interest he has focused on building research and development of the human brain.
In pedagogical terms, during his work as a university professor, has contributed to the creation of new education values based on:
- His 25 year educational and scientific work experience in the Department of Anatomy in the Medical Faculty in Prishtina and
- 7 year experience as a full-time professor,
Its multiple merits emphasized below are the result of the long and successful work:
- He has received a praise from the Department of Anatomy and the Professional Commission for positive evaluation of the educational process,
- Takes part in the realization of many scientific projects,
- Takes part in permanent education of doctors, during postgraduate studies,
- There are 4 published scientific works and 16 works for the congress,
- Participated in the preparation and publication of 6 university textbooks, which are mandatory in Medical Faculty, Pharmacy and Dental Faculty at the University of Prishtina.
- Has successfully performed the task of Dean and lecturers at the Medical Faculty of the University of Tetovo (taking an active part in its establishment),
- Also has successfully performed the task of Prodekanit Finance to the Medical Faculty and chief Katedrës the Anatomisë at Pristina University,
- In order thelbsore has affected the progress metodikës the educational process in Katedrën of Anatomisë the Medical Faculty in Pristina.
- Based on his successful work up to now he has been elected full-time professor for subjects: Human Anatomy and Histology with Embryology in the Faculty of pharmacy at the State University of Tetova.
- In 2007 he was appointed: Rector of State University of Tetova, Tetova.
