The American Corner in Tetovo celebrated its second year anniversary
The representatives of the municipality of Tetova were present in the celebration of the second anniversary of the American Corner in Tetova.
According to the coordinator of the American Corner, Gezim Sylejmani, the American Corner is celebrating its two year of successful work during which years there has been great communication with the citizens which accomplishes our dream for sharing a common culture.
“Within these two years, the American Corner was a great friendship place for sharing of knowledge and culture. We do have people for different ages coming to share their experiences knowledge and culture”, said Sulejmani.
The ambassador of the USA in Skopje stated that American Corner in Tetova continues to be one of the fastest growing American Corners in the world. “This Corner part of program worldwide with its programming, its audiences and its quality, have shown tremendous gains, building this year on the strong foundation set last year and taking the initiative in developing programs and bringing engaging speakers on important issues to the community. I commend you very much for your hard work. Congratulations once again on your second anniversary commend you very much for your hard work. On behalf of the mayor of the municipality of Tetova, Pro. Dr. Sadi Bexheti, took place the Chief of the Cabinet, Alajdin Asani. He expressed his congratulations for the second anniversary of the American Corner in Tetova. Asani stated that the municipality of Tetova is in partnership with the American Corner and it is going to continue this partnership and as well support them in their future activities in fulfilling their mission to promote friendship, knowledge, culture and worldwide collaboration.
