Legal Actions against illegal buildings
Municipal inspectorate of Tetova, it’s on the final phase of the program for this calendar year, and the same will continue with the improvement of the weather conditions.
According to the leader of the municipal inspectorate of Tetova, Neritan Ferati, through this calendar, municipal Inspectorate year will take legal actions against illegal building that are outside the technical and safety standards, as well as the objects that can not be subject to eventual legalization.
“Inspection of douches and conditions in which they work has been another activity of the municipal Inspectorate of Tetova. During this inspection we found out that a lot of them are working out of the legal norms by using drinking water and not technical water, and the others do not have installed the atmospheric sewage system. Against all this violations, legal procedures will be taken from the municipal Inspectorate of Tetova in collaboration with the Inspectorate of Ecology” said Ferati.According to the leader of the municipal inspectorate of Tetova, Neritan Ferati, through this calendar, municipal Inspectorate year will take legal actions against illegal building that are outside the technical and safety standards, as well as the objects that can not be subject to eventual legalization.
According to him, during this period, the municipal inspectorate of Tetova took action to encourage people to clean the snow in front of their buildings, in order to ensure free movement to the citizens.
