The municipality of Tetova is becoming part of textile association “ACTE”
On Thursday, the mayor of the municipality of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Sadi Bexheti held a meeting with the president of ACTE, European Textile Collectivities Association, Teodor Romero who is deputy in Barcelona’s Parliament.
Through this meeting, municipality of Tetova now is part of this association that enables collaboration and development of textile industry in all regions and places in Europe. Municipality of Tetova as a member of ACTE association will have a lot of benefits for the local textile industries operating in Tetova.
The president Romero has presented in front of the mayor of the municipality of Tetova, Prof. Dr. Sadi Bexheti and representatives of the textile companies in Tetova, the history of the association and their active power as an option to establish the textile industry in different levels. .Romero said that the textile industry is focused on creative designing and in new work force.Through this meeting, municipality of Tetova now is part of this association that enables collaboration and development of textile industry in all regions and places in Europe. Municipality of Tetova as a member of ACTE association will have a lot of benefits for the local textile industries operating in Tetova.
The mayor of municipality of Tetova Prof. Dr. Sadi Bexheti said that with the membership in ACTE the textile industry will gain new development and new market for export.
ACTE, European Textile Collectivities Association, was founded in Portugal, 1991. The founding aim of ACTE is to represent and defend the interests of territorial collectivities and adherent organizations that represent territories with a presence of the textile.
In this meeting despite the representatives of the textile industries that operate in the municipality of Tetova, were present also the representative of Chamber of Commerce of Varazhdin.
