“Being extremely concerned by the fact that people often perform this activity can be perpetrators of various criminal acts, we are afraid that travelers especially minors, students may be their victims”, said Ferati.

According to him, often individuals carrying passengers have been victims of passengers because illegal activity is not protected.

Thus, Tetova’s Municipal Inspectorate appeals to the citizens of Tetova to use only the legal and licensed auto transportation services because in this way we lower the possibility of consequences for the safety and welfare of citizens.

In order to exercise legal activity for auto transport of passenger’s taxis should posses the following conditions that are intended by law and regulation:

-to have yellow color;

- To have the emblem of the municipality

- Fiscal taximeter;

- License for conducting activity in visible place;

- Identification of the driver, and

- Price list prominently of price per kilometer
