Based on Article 1 and 9 of the Law on free access to public information ( "Official Gazette of RM" nr.13/2006), and Article 77 paragraph 1 and 4 of the Statute of the Municipality of Tetova ( "the Official Bulletin of Municipality of Tetova "nr.13/2006) proposed by the Mayor of municipality, Municipal Council in the session held on_____________approved



1. The information available in the Municipality of Tetova and certified as public information are:
- The main data for the Municipality and the municipality bodies;
- Information about the work of the Mayor of the municipality;
- Information about the work of the Council of the municipality;
- Information about the work of municipal administration through the sectors and sections;
- Information about the work of territorial defense against fire.

2. Public information is received through the acts and procedures for implementation of the authority of municipal bodies, such as:

Common Acts
- Statute;
- Regulations of Municipality Council;
- Program for the work of Municipality Council;
- Municipal Budget;
- The implementation of the Municipal Budget;
- Quarterly reports on implementation of the Municipal Budget;
- Annual plan for public supplies;
- The decision on the organization of municipal administration;
- Regulations for systematizing jobs in municipal administration;
- Program for arranging construction land;
- Program for construction and maintenance of roads;
- The program for developing urban plans of the municipality.

Specific acts
Decisions and Conclusions brought by the Mayor of Municipality and Municipal Council.

Procedures
- Public Supplies;
- Adoption of urban plans (PGJU, PDU, PU for villages, outside residences PU);
- Procedure adopting the conditions for construction;
- Procedure for taking building permit;
- Licenses for auto-taxi transport;
- Minutes from the site inspection (by the inspectorate) procedure for realization of free access to information. (In terms of procedures, of course there is free access for all acts that are part of the procedures listed in this point).


3. Department for information, through the authorized officers updates and maintains the list of information.

4. List of public informational becomes powerful after publication in the Official Gazette and will be announced in the Municipality billboard table.
